A silver note or document spike.
London 1892.
Fully Hallmarked on both the base and the spike.
The base is decorated with an embossed acanthus leaf scroll design and the spike has a removable threaded cap that when removed reveals a sharpened point. The base is loaded for extra stability and is covered in a green baize.
260mm tall; Diameter 100mm.
Weight: 212 grams.
