A fine cast silver Art Nouveau Nurses Belt Buckle in two parts, the left part with an angel with a garland of flowers in her hair, kissing a Lilly, surrounded by C-scrolls and a garland of flowers, the right side with an angel holding a Lilly surrounded by C-scrolls, each part bearing London Hm 1899
